FairyGreen Refund and Cancellation Policy

At FairyGreen, we are committed to fostering a positive learning environment and providing
clarity on financial matters. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness for
all students while maintaining the quality of our services. Below, we outline the details of our
policy for short-term and long-term courses.

1. No Registration Fees

FairyGreen does not charge any registration fees for enrolling in any of its courses. This
ensures accessibility and ease of entry for all students.

1. Refund Policy for Short-Term Courses

Short-term courses are designed for a limited duration to provide focused learning. The refund
policy for these courses is as follows:

  • Before Classes Begin:
    Students who choose to withdraw from the course before the first session are eligible for a 100% refund of the course fee. This ensures peace of mind for students who may face unforeseen changes in their schedule.
  • Discontinuation Mid-Course:
    If a student decides to discontinue the course after it has started, they will be refunded 40% of the remaining course fee, excluding the fees for the classes that have already been conducted. For example, if 50% of the course has been completed, the refund will be calculated based on the remaining 50%, with 40% of that amount refunded.

3. Refund Policy for Long-Term Courses

For long-term courses, which provide an extensive learning experience over a longer duration, the following policies apply:

  • Before Classes Begin:
    If a student cancels their enrollment before the commencement of the course, they are eligible for a 60% refund of the total course fee. This deduction covers administrative and preparatory costs associated with course planning.
  • Discontinuation After Start:
    Students who discontinue after the course has begun will be refunded 40% of the remaining fee , after deducting the fees for completed classes. This approach ensures fairness while accounting for the resources already utilized.

General Guidelines for Refunds

1. Processing Time : Refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days from the date of approval. The time may vary based on the payment method and the policies of the bank or payment gateway used
2. Initiating Refunds : Students must submit a formal request for a refund via email to admin@fairygreen.org The request should include proof of payment, the reason for cancellation, and any relevant supporting documents.

Additional Notes

  • Refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis, excluding completed classes.
  • In case of duplicate payments, the excess amount will be refunded in full upon
    verification
  • Special considerations may apply for unique circumstances, which will be evaluated on a
    case-by-case basis.
